Find Empty Folders
This tool can be used to find empty folders in your hard drive.
Usage
- Click 'Drives'. Select the drives on your hard disk you want to scan, by checking
the appropriate drives.
- Click the 'Scan' icon. Wait for the process to
complete, when the 'Please wait' dialog box will be gone. You can cancel the
scanning process by pressing the cancel Button or pressing Esc
Key.
- From the list of empty files presented, you can select those
that you want to delete by checking them. All the actions
you can perform are menu-driven. Select the files and right click on them to
get a menu through with you can mark/unmark them. The various options given
are self-explanatory.
- Click 'Delete' to send all files to the Recycle
Bin or
delete permanently.
All windows folders, read-only and hidden folders will be
excluded from scanning.
By clicking 'Report', you can save the list as a text
file.
